Our Story
Natural State Soft Wash LLC started in 2019 on one simple conviction: every exterior should be cleaned by the method it can safely handle, not by whatever machine happens to be on the trailer. Trey Alton owns and operates the company and is on most job sites, bringing 7 years of hands-on experience to properties throughout Heber Springs, Greers Ferry, Conway, Searcy, Cabot, and the wider Little Rock area.
That standard came from seeing the damage careless work leaves behind — water forced behind siding, granules stripped off shingles, wand marks etched across concrete. Every project begins with an evaluation of the surface and its condition. Delicate materials get low-pressure soft washing that treats algae and mildew at the root, while durable concrete, stone, and commercial flatwork get professional power washing built for those surfaces.
