Will every stain come out?

Dirt, algae, and traffic film come off. Old oil, rust, and paint drips are hit or miss depending on how long they have been soaking in — we will tell you what we think will lift before we start rather than after.

Do you leave stripes on the concrete?

No. We use a flat surface cleaner instead of a bare wand on flatwork, which is what keeps the finish even from edge to edge.

Can you clean pavers and stamped concrete?

Yes, with the settings adjusted for it. Pavers, stamped concrete, and aggregate all need a lighter hand than a plain slab, and sand joints may need topping off afterward.

How the Service Works

Concrete, aggregate, pavers, and stone can handle real cleaning strength, so that is what we bring. We use a flat surface cleaner rather than a bare wand, which is what keeps the finish even and free of wand lines from one edge to the other. Oil spots, rust, mildew, and ground-in traffic grime get pretested and treated, and we rinse the surrounding grass and beds as we go. Clean flatwork looks better and it is a lot less slick underfoot at the front door.

Once the drive is bright again the siding usually looks tired by comparison — that is what house soft washing is for. Wood decks and porches are handled separately under deck and patio cleaning.
