Yes, that is the whole point of it. Because the cleaning solution does the work, we are not leaning on pressure near your paint, trim, or window seals. We still look the surface over first and tell you if anything is already loose or failing.

How long does a soft wash take?

Most homes are a half day. Larger properties or jobs with several surfaces can run longer. We give you a time window when we quote the job so you can plan around it.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. We do need water access and a clear path around the building. If you would rather be there for the walkthrough at the end, just tell us and we will schedule around you.

What Low-Pressure Cleaning Is

Soft washing uses a lot of water at low pressure along with a cleaning solution that does the real work. The solution kills the algae, mold, mildew, moss, and lichen instead of just knocking it off the surface, so we never have to lean on pressure your siding cannot take.

Why it matters

Too much pressure on siding, stucco, or paint can crack, mark, and force water where it does not belong. And when the green and black growth is only blasted off the surface, it usually comes right back.

How we protect your plants

We soak the beds, shrubs, and grass around the work area with clean water before anything is applied, keep them wet the whole time we are working, and rinse everything down again when we finish.
