Log Cabin Washing
Protect the natural character of log structures with specialized cleaning for mold, mildew, algae, dirt, and surface contaminants.

The Problem We Solve
Log walls hold dirt, mildew, and pollen in the texture and joints, and they gray out with weather. Too much pressure raises the grain, cuts the stain or sealant, and drives water into the gaps between logs.
How the Service Works
Cabins are not siding, so we do not treat them like siding. We check the condition of the logs, the stain or sealant, and the chinking before we pick a method, then clean gently to take off mold, mildew, algae, dirt, and pollen while leaving the wood's character alone. We are careful around chinking, windows, doors, porches, and the plants around the cabin. Washing often shows where a cabin is due for sealing or stain — we will point out what we see so you can plan for it. We work on year-round homes, lake places, and rental cabins.
Cabins usually need the porch and deck done at the same time, and lake places often add roof soft washing for the shaded north side.
