No. Composite gets a controlled wash, not aggressive pressure, since the boards mark easily.

Can I use the deck the same day?

Once it dries, yes. Timing depends on the weather and how shaded the space is.

Do you move the furniture?

We move what we reasonably can and put it back. Anything heavy, fragile, or valuable is better moved before we arrive.

How the Service Works

First we figure out what we are working with: wood, composite, concrete, stone, painted, or stained. Wood and finished decks get a controlled, gentle wash so we are not scarring boards or stripping stain. Concrete and stone patios can take more. We pay attention to the steps, railings, edges, nearby siding, furniture, and where the water drains. When we are done the space is clean, a lot less slippery, and ready to use again.

While we are out back, the fence and the siding behind the deck are easy add-ons and usually cheaper done together.
