How the Service Works

Fabric and metal awnings need a careful hand, not a pressure wand. We check the material, how it is mounted, and what is underneath it, then clean it gently to take off the dirt, pollen, mildew, and staining. Storefront awnings look sharp again for customers, and patio awnings at home are usable and pleasant to sit under. Some fading or permanent staining can remain on older fabric — we will tell you honestly what we expect to get off before we start.

For a storefront, the awning usually gets done alongside the sidewalk and entryway; at home it goes well with a house soft wash.
